Registration procedures
Two steps are necessary
1. Registration on this site (science-conf platform) which allows you to submit your abstract and enter your scientific information
Communicators have until avril 10 to register on this site and validate, and auditors until June 1 on the sciencesconf platform.
2. Registration on the Azur Colloque Frontières website for rights management and meal registration until 15 May 2019
Doctoral student: free (including gala dinner)
UGA Member: free of charge (including gala dinner)
Others: 50€ (gala dinner included)
Registration is understood for the duration of the conference. It is not possible to make daily registrations.
Travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
A specific link Azur Colloque Frontières will be sent to you to finalize the administrative registration and a quote will be automatically published.
Once the registration has been validated, no refund can be made.
American Express cards are not allowed
